Hardware and software troubleshooting, in-place component installation and setup, system tuning, computer system rebuilds and refurbishments, system advice, and more.
Use this service to setup/upgrade a computer or resolve issues.
Service fee does not include parts or additional required services beyond initial diagnostic or setup.
Custom Computer Build 1:1 Training
$440 on-site service
A one-on-one, personal training session. Starts with assistance in the selection of your new computer components and ends with an in-person training session at your location teaching step by step how to build the computer, proper processes, safety, ethics, and how each component works and communicates with one-another.
Utilize this service to receive assistance and training in building your new custom computer.
Computer System Deep Cleaning
$140 off-site service
Optimize system thermal performance, noise, and aesthetics by cleaning external and internal components. Each component is individually removed and cleaned including thermal paste replacement.
Utilize this service to regain thermal efficiency, reduce system noise, and increase component lifespan.
Data Backup Solutions
$60 / drive off-site service
Secure your sensitive small business and personal data on a secondary drive. Storing your data on a drive offline with no connection to the internet is the safest way to ensure your data is secure with easy access.
Network attached storage (NAS) setup available as a separate service.
Use this service to have your data backed up offline.

Wi-Fi / Network Setup and Diagnostics
$65 / hour on-site service
Residential and small business service including Wi-Fi analysis for optimal coverage and efficiency, internet and network setup, diagnostics of networking issues, and component upgrades including routers.

Virus / Malware Removal and Recovery
$110 off-site service
Removal of threats such as remote access and banking trojans, information stealers, ransomware, adware, and viruses. System recovery includes antimalware and antivirus setup.

Preventative software provided for an additional charge.
